The Company

Huron River Press, founded in August of 2002, continues the tradition of high quality publishing established at Sleeping Bear Press Inc. Huron River Press began as an imprint of Clock Tower Press LLC to cover all of the company's non-golf book assets. In January 2005, Huron River Press was established as a new company.

Huron River Press will focus on books about Michigan and the Great Lakes region. Our new titles will continue to include cooking, history, photography, and memoirs all with a regional spin. Look for new additions to our collections as we continue to expand.

Submissions Policy

If you have a manuscript or illustrations that you would like to submit to our editorial staff, please send it via regular mail to the address below. Illustrators need to include a representative range of full-color print samples or high quality color copies, along with information on your professional background. A self-addressed stamped envelope should also be included for return of the manuscript/materials should they not fit Huron River Press' publishing criteria.
